Berkeley Brokerage Limited was incorporated in 1996 and has operated as an independent financial intermediary for nearly three decades. We are not a bank, not a fund, and not a direct lender. We are a specialist brokerage that assesses, qualifies and facilitates financing transactions on behalf of our clients.
Our role is to understand the transaction, identify appropriate capital sources, and facilitate the connection between qualified opportunities and suitable providers. We work across institutional and alternative capital markets, maintaining relationships with banks, private credit providers, investment funds and family offices.
We focus on significant transactions — typically USD/EUR/GBP 3 million and above — where our expertise and relationships can add genuine value. We do not pursue every enquiry; we focus on those where a credible path to capital exists.
